In recent years, much has been said about vestibular rehabilitation and its importance. However, the professional who is willing to work in this area usually does not find a practical reference on vestibular rehabilitation. Because it is a recent practice in Otoneurology, it is common for some questions to arise, such as: What type of rehabilitation to use? When to do? Is there a sequence to follow? Can vestibular rehabilitation be the same for any patient? etc… In view of the success in the results obtained in the vestibular rehabilitation of patients at the Otoneurology Service of Clínica Otoneuro, based in the city of Belo Horizonte, guidance was organized through practical protocols to assist the rehabilitation professional in the care of each patient. So, this is the result of an effort to facilitate the work of professionals seeking practical guidance for vestibular rehabilitation. It is, therefore, a valuable tool that not only contributes to the professional’s work, but also to the health and well-being of their patients.
